How do I install the agent?
After registration, download the agent from your dashboard. Run the installer on each Windows or macOS machine. The agent registers automatically.
How do I add more systems?
Install the agent on additional machines. Your billing adjusts automatically based on active systems.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings > Data Export in your dashboard. You will receive a ZIP file containing all your data as CSV files.
How do I cancel my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Cancel Subscription. Your data is retained for 30 days. You can reactivate or export your data during this period.
What is a compliance indicator?
A technical observation about software installation, activation, or usage. CITRA provides indicators, not legal findings. Consult your licensing advisor for legal interpretation.
How do I submit a DPDP data request?
Go to Settings > Privacy > Data Rights. You can submit access, correction, erasure, or grievance requests. Our team responds within 30 days.
