By installing, copying, or otherwise using CitraInsight, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of applicable subscription fees, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

The Software, including but not limited to DEEP_MAP, all detection logic, scoring algorithms, software normalisation rules, risk-weight models, and the verified software catalog, constitutes the trade secrets and proprietary information of the Licensor.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain with Code & Clause Systems. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Trade Secret Notice — DEEP_MAP and all associated detection, enumeration, and profiling logic are trade secrets of Code & Clause Systems. Unauthorised disclosure, reproduction, or use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under the Indian Trade Secrets doctrine, Information Technology Act 2000, and applicable international intellectual property laws.
The CitraInsight agent operates in a strictly read-only capacity. The agent:

No elevated file-system write permissions, no network scanning, and no inter-process injection is performed.
All scan data collected from your Systems remains your data. Code & Clause Systems acts as a data processor. You retain full ownership of all asset inventory, scan results, and reports generated by the Software.

The CitraInsight agent is designed to operate with minimal system impact:

If you experience performance issues attributable to the CitraInsight agent, contact support@citrainsight.in and we will investigate promptly.
The CitraInsight agent supports automatic updates. When enabled, the agent will periodically check for and install updates from the CitraInsight server. You may disable auto-update in the agent configuration. Updates may include security patches, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Code & Clause Systems does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of vulnerabilities. Detection results are provided on a best-effort basis and should not be treated as exhaustive.
Liability Cap: The Licensor’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹10 per licensed System. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
The Licensor is not liable for any actions taken by you based on reports or data generated by the Software.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code & Clause Systems, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Auto-Termination — When your subscription ends, the agent will continue to run in a degraded read-only mode for the grace period (15 days by default). After the grace period, the agent will stop transmitting data until the subscription is renewed. No data is deleted during this period.
The Software may be subject to export control laws of India and other jurisdictions. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export restrictions.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or power failures.
This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Code & Clause Systems regarding the Software. This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
